Green Waste Removal in Central Scotland

What we do
Landscaping projects, site strip operations, grounds maintenance contracts, and large garden clearances all generate significant volumes of organic material. Grass, turf, roots, brash, hedge cuttings, and tree arisings pile up quickly — and a grab lorry is one of the most practical ways to clear them.
We provide green waste removal across Perth, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Stirling, Falkirk, and the surrounding areas of Central Scotland. One call, one vehicle, one clean site — with a waste transfer note issued on every load as standard.
How Green Waste Removal Works
Our grab lorries collect directly from your site using the hydraulic arm, reaching over walls, fences, and level changes where needed. Green waste is bulky but light — a full load will typically fill the vehicle’s volume before reaching the weight limit, so we’ll advise on the number of vehicles needed based on your estimated volumes.
Material is taken to licensed composting and green waste processing facilities. Where material can be composted or chipped rather than sent to landfill, we ensure it goes that route. A waste transfer note is issued on every collection, giving you the documentation you need for your own records.

Green Waste Removal
Common Questions
What types of green waste can you collect?
We collect turf, grass cuttings, tree branches and brash, hedge trimmings, shrub arisings, root balls, leaves, weeds, and general organic garden material. If your load contains a mix of green waste and inert materials such as soil or rubble, let us know and we’ll advise on the best approach.
Can you collect green waste from a domestic garden?
Yes. We work on residential properties regularly alongside our commercial and contractor work. Our grab lorries can access most residential streets — let us know if you have any concerns about access or tight turns and we’ll confirm suitability before we book.
How much green waste can you take in one load?
Green waste is bulky but relatively light. A grab lorry will typically fill on volume before it reaches the weight limit with organic material. For large volumes — for example, a significant site strip or a full landscaping clearance — we may recommend multiple loads or discuss a day-rate depending on your volumes.
Do you offer regular scheduled collections?
Yes. If you have ongoing green waste removal needs — a grounds maintenance contract, a multi-phase landscaping project, or regular tree surgery work — we can set up scheduled collections to fit your programme. Get in touch to discuss frequency and pricing.
What happens to the green waste after collection?
Material is taken to licensed composting and green waste processing facilities. Where possible it is composted or chipped rather than going to landfill. A waste transfer note is issued on every load confirming legal disposal.
How much does green waste removal cost?
Pricing depends on volume, material type, and your location within our coverage area. We provide a clear, fixed quote before the job — no surprises on the invoice. Contact us with your postcode and an approximate volume and we’ll get a price back to you promptly.
