SERVICES

Our Services

Whether you need a grab lorry on-site tomorrow or a bulk delivery of Type 1 to a groundworks job, we have the fleet and the experience to keep your project moving.

Grab Hire

Fast, self-loading waste removal using our modern 8-wheel grab lorries. Ideal for construction clearances, muck away, and bulky material removal — no skips, no double-handling.

Muck Away

Soil, spoil, and excavated material shifted off-site quickly and efficiently. Our grab vehicles load themselves, keeping your groundworks programme on schedule.

Mixed Waste Removal

Rubble, timber, soil, metal, and general construction waste cleared in a single load. We separate and recycle what we can, issuing waste transfer notes on every job.

Green Waste Removal

Tree cuttings, hedge trimmings, turf, and landscaping arisings cleared cleanly. Suitable for large landscaping contracts and domestic garden clearances alike.

Waste Wood Disposal

Timber, pallets, and structural wood removed and routed to licensed recycling facilities. A faster, greener alternative to skips for timber-heavy site clearances.

Site Clearance

Full site strip and clearance using grab, tipper, and support plant as needed. One contractor, one call, one waste transfer note. Quoted per project

FAQs

Common Questions

How much can a grab lorry carry?

A standard 8-wheel grab lorry carries up to 15–16 tonnes or approximately 20 cubic metres per load, depending on the material. Lighter materials like green waste will fill the volume before the weight limit; heavy materials like soil and rubble will hit the weight limit first. We’ll advise on the number of loads needed when you enquire.

We cover Perth, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Stirling, Falkirk, and the surrounding areas of Perthshire, Fife, Angus, and Tayside. If you’re unsure whether we reach your site, call us — we’ll confirm straight away.

es. A waste transfer note is issued on every load as standard. We are registered with SEPA as a licensed waste carrier, so all documentation is in order for your compliance records.

In many cases, yes — a grab lorry can tip aggregate on the way in and load waste on the way out, saving you a vehicle movement and reducing your costs. Ask us about combined runs when you get a quote.

We aim for next-day availability on most jobs across our core coverage area. For larger programmes or repeat scheduling, we work ahead with you to keep vehicles booked and on programme.

Had a grab lorry out to clear the garden after a big landscaping job — turf, roots, and a pile of old decking. They turned up when they said they would, got it done quickly, and left the area clean. Straightforward from start to finish. Would use again without hesitation.

Used them for green waste removal on a large commercial landscaping contract — several loads of turf, brash, and hedge cuttings over two days. Competitively priced and no hassle. The grab arm meant they could reach material we'd stockpiled behind a wall, which saved us a lot of manual handling. Will be using them regularly.

We needed muck away cleared fast on a housing plot in Glasgow — tight programme, no room for delays. They were on site next morning and kept pace with our excavator all day. Good communication beforehand and the paperwork was all in order. That's all we ask for.
J. Cairns
Glasgow
Called them for a site clearance on a brownfield plot ahead of a residential development. Mixed material — rubble, old fencing, vegetation, the lot. They quoted clearly, showed up on time, and had it cleared in a day. Waste transfer notes provided without being asked. Exactly what you want from a clearance contractor.
